You are not locked into this program and are free to cancel at anytime.
All plans are paid via GoCardless’s direct debit software.
These programs do come with a Nutrition PDF that consists of my recommended protein, carbohydrate, fats, and alcohol items. This helps provide you with a simple way to take note of what you should and shouldn’t be avoiding. I will help guide you through your evolution towards a smarter, healthier diet. However, I do not offer written diet plans.
Yes. All clients will be required to send an exercise clearance letter, written by their GP or qualified health practitioner before getting started.
If your doctor is unsure, please send them to this website to check it out. Or get in touch.
Other than yourself, you do not need much to engage in the exercise programs. While you will have the option of choosing exercises with equipment, at home, or at the gym, as long as you have at least two square metres of space, you should be fine to perform most training programs.
Training programs are designed to cater for all individuals, from skills to gym and equipment access, and everything in between. At minimum, some floor space and a chair is sufficient.
If you can’t perform any of the exercises, please let me know. But since the programs are customised, this is an unlikely occurrence.
Programs will be delivered via Quick Coach, an app, every 28 days. They will consist of warm-ups, preparation drills, exercises, notes for all reps and sets and tempos and rest periods, and a link to a video tutorial to follow along with.
I completely understand. Even after years of working in a gym, going to a new one can always be awkward. But one of the beauty’s of gyms is the fact that most people are only there for themselves. What this means, is while they might gawk at the newbies for a moment, they hardly care. Some might even have the desire to help you. However, if you’re still in doubt, phone or email the gym ahead and ask for an induction.
No. While you can choose to receive a program that is catered for a gym, you can also receive one for no equipment.
This depends on how many you want. The “Basic” and “Pro” programs come with a 2-day per week, monthly program. However, the “Pro” program also comes with a stretch and mobility program to boost your results. The “Premium” program comes with a 3-day per week, monthly program.
Only as difficult as you and your goals need/want them to be. Your program will be customised to your level, your skills, your interests, your access, your goals.
In as little as one day you can begin to see and feel the benefits. And this is exponential as every week passes. But to give you a standard answer, within 6 weeks you will have attained noticeable improvements.
