This is a 12-week group training program designed for people that spend most of their day sitting. This program’s primary focus is to diminish painful and tight areas of the body such as the hips, the lower back, the neck and the shoulders.
The program will be run in-person as a private group at a facility in Wollongong CBD. Each person will receive free membership to the facility (no contracts, no strings attached) plus their own customised program. The private groups will be capped at a maximum of five people.

The 12-Week Office Worker Program will take place out of The Warehouse training facility, located in the Wollongong CBD (location displayed below on Google Maps - Perno Performance, 37 Atchison Street, Wollongong). The program runs for 12 weeks and begins continuously. What this means is you can book in for your complimentary consultation, we can establish where you're at, then you can join the groups.
The 12-Week Office Program is aimed at people that spend the majority of their day in front of a computer, steering wheel, or anything that involves substantial and unavoidable sitting.
This program will help anyone that suffers from persistently tight hips, lower back, neck muscles, and shoulders. It will also help anyone that suffers from a weak core and hunched posture.
The 12-Week program will fix tight areas, improve posture, diminish pain, and improve strength levels.
I hate doing this, but I also hate wasting my own and other peoples' time, too. If you happen to coincide with any of the points below, this program is not for you. It might sound harsh, but I only want to train people that suit my style of coaching and actually want results.

I hear you. There are so many gyms and challenges out there that making sense, choosing, and even trusting any of them can be pretty overwhelming. Not to mention that a lot of the programs/challenges out there are of a cookie cutter design, which almost always leaves people right back at square one at the conclusion.

I'll be honest, I really don't agree with those 6 or 12 week challenges that are out there. I don't agree with the non-sustainable approach to people's lives that is "taught" during them. I also don't agree with the people running them. Especially when I have known some of them in the past and not a single one of them trains the way they train their clients.

I suppose you're wondering, who the hell am I anyway. Well, in short, I'm Hayden. I have owned and run Perno Performance for close to nine years. Throughout this time, I have worked with hundreds of individuals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and ability. In the early days I took on any- and everyone. But over the lat 3-4 years, I have really enjoyed working with two main groups of people.
One being showing and helping females how to tighten up their body, build true strength, improve posture, and boost confidence levels. The second one being people like you: sedentary/office workers that want to decrease pain, tightness, and immobility levels, improve strength, and enhance posture and moods.
Throughout the 8-odd years, I have attained my Diploma of Fitness, Strength and Conditioning certification, Rehab Trainer certification, among others. And more recently (November, in fact), I graduated with a Bachelor of Medical and Health Science degree at the University of Wollongong where I studied subjects such as anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, philosophy and more.
