What will be gained from this program?

The 90-Day Office Worker Program will teach you the fundamentals for not only keeping your issues—tight, painful, or weak areas—at bay, but also for gaining optimal movement and strength. You'll also learn the best ways to combat your niggling areas that show up each day. And, through proper intervention with the right exercises and drills, your posture will improve greatly, and your energy levels will be maintained throughout the day (even during that 2-3 o'clock slump period).

How does this program actually work?

Following the completion of your application, I'll be in contact with you over the next 48 hours. If your application aligns with what I can offer and we match, we'll begin. From there, we'll sort out your preferred payment plan before I send you your Welcome Package.

 

After this, you will send your photos/videos (not necessary, but will help me customise your program more intricately) for me to assess. This will enable me to customise your two or three day strength and conditioning program. To speed things up and help you feel a helluva lot better, you'll also receive a stretch and mobility program and nutrition guide.

 

Depending upon what package (Redeem, Restore, Rectify) you decide on will determine what perks you'll receive. Regardless, however, your program will be sent out in monthly segments. This will provide me with the opportunity to tweak anything along the way, and make use of the interval photo/video/email check-ins (due before the commencement and during the last week of each phase).

 

To ensure that you stay on track and to address any issues or questions along the way, we will stay in contact via email or Skype.

The Packages

The 90-Day Office Worker Program comes in three different plans: Redeem, Restore, and Rectify. Depending upon your needs and desires, alongside your budget, we will determine what package will be right for you.

Below you will find the list of perks and their descriptions that come with each program.

Customised Program - Your customised strength and conditioning program comes in either a two or three day format. This will entail the exact exercises, reps and sets that will help you feel better, move better, and perform better in the shortest possible time. Programs will be designed accordingly to your skill level and equipment availability. Your program will be sent out at the beginning of each phase. This will allow us to narrow down your customisation at each interval of the program.

Stretch & Mobility Program - Your stretch and mobility program will detail some extra drills that you will be able to perform in the comfort of your own home. These drills will help speed your results up and help you in the office, at home, and of course, when you're exercising. This program, just like your customised program, will be sent out at the beginning of each phase.

Nutrition Guide - The nutrition guide details the best method for a true lifestyle diet. Plus, it includes the most ideal foods pertaining to each macronutrient (protein, fats, carbohydrates). It even takes you through all-things calories and finally, lays out some choices for alcohol consumption if you're looking to stay on track.

Calorie Budgets - Calories budgets are only available to those that decide upon the Rectify program. These budgets are customised breakdowns of how much you should be consuming to enable a faster route to your goals (muscle gain, fat loss, maintenance).

Photo Assessment - The photo assessment will enable me to attain a clear picture of where you're at in regards to your posture. This will then allow me to customise everything else (strength and conditioning program, stretch and mobility program). The photo assessment will occur at the beginning of each phase (prior to commencement, during the fourth week, and during the eighth. Your Welcome Package details what photos are ideal to enable to highest level of customisation.

Video Assessment - The video assessment enhances my ability to tailor your program. You will be required to film yourself performing a handful of exercises. The exercises needed will be detailed in the Welcome Package.

Please note that the photo and video assessments are not completely necessary. I want all my clients to always feel comfortable, so be assured that these are just optional. However, in saying that, completing these assessments will allow for greater customisation alongside enhancing our ability to speed your results up.

Email Support - If you have any queries or issues along the way, feel free to contact me via email. I check the email for this program every Thursday morning and Sunday afternoon.

Skype Call - For Rectify participants, you will receive an optional monthly 15 minute phone call to discuss anything along the way. Monthly phone calls will be scheduled following the commencement of your program.

Payment Options

Payment options come in three forms:

1. Pay in fortnightly instalments (recommended)

2. Pay in monthly instalments

3. Pay for the entire package upfront

Payments will be made via PayPal. So provided you have a credit or debit card, or of course simply a PayPal account, we can make fast and secure transactions.
